Large newly renovated farmhouse with large deck and wrap-around covered porch. Short walk to Great Pond with access to Vineyard Sound. Bring your boat!!! Barefoot walk to sandy beach on Vineyard Sound. Great for swimming or evening sunset walks. Great location and comfortable accommodations. One of the best rental homes in the Falmouth area. If you're looking for a vacation near the ocean, that offers boating, swimming, biking, walking, golfing or just relaxing on your porch, this is the place for you. You won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was spotless and well-maintained and had well thought out amenities for guests renting it. Our family had a wonderful time and enjoyed the covered porch, the patio, the lengthy, comfortable deck and the huge yard. We cooked on the gas grill the times we didn't eat out and had plenty of chairs and tables on the deck. (We had a great croquet tournament in the side yard while a tag football game was happening in the back yard!) The public beach was an easy five minute walk but the best recommendation was that we wanted for nothing inside the house. The owners have made this rental truly feel like a home away from home. We will look forward to staying again.

Perfect Cape Vacation Home

This was our second visit to this home. Perfect for our mini family reunion. It is a spaceous house with a huge yard - actually a full extra lot next door which is perfect for badmitton, volleyball, bocce ball, etc. Outdoor grill and great decks for eating outside or enjoyng the vacationer foot traffic headed to/from the beach which is about 5 blocks away. Also,it is a one block walk to the salt water pond where you can actually dig up clams which you can eat! Lots to do in this area near Woods Hole, downtown Falmouth, and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard.

This year we really needed internet access - which the home did not have previously. My request was graciously met by the owner who went to great lengths and efforts to get it up and running in time for our visit.

Another great experience for us. You will not be disappointed!

awesome beach house!

The house was extremely clean and well cared for. David met us as we arrived and made us feel extremely welcome. The house is great for kids. The yard is big and beautiful. The porch was a great place to relax after spending the day in the warm waters of Cape Cod. If you are looking for a perfect house to spend your vacation in, look no further!

This is a gorgeous home that is well maintained and very clean. Excellent customer service from the owners. Lots of sleeping and living room, HUGE yard. Neighbors are great! It's so close to the beach, you're practically on it. I would rent this property again if I ever visit Cape Cod!

Great family vacation home

The house is beautiful and very clean. Our one-year old was able to crawl around the first floor without any danger. The older boys (7 & 5) loved the large yard for baseball and soccer. The location was an easy walk to the beach for the older kids and parents. We brought our rolling beach cart and jogging stroller to carry our beach stuff and baby. The wrap-around porch was great for reading and people watching. The large deck was perfect for our lobster dinner. We had plenty of space for our overnight guests - large bedrooms. There was also plenty of family room space for games and entertaining guests. The only negatives were 1) a little street noise at night (older kids and cars driving by) that we're not used to, and 2) no A/C. But neither would deter us from future rentals. We loved the shops in Falmouth Center and the great school playgrounds in the area. Great overall experience!!!
