Located on the northwest tip of the island of Gran Canaria, 200 meters from the sea, is an area of ??great natural beauty, with cliffs and overlooking the west coast of Gran Canaria and Tenerife. Very quiet. The nearest services (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, etc ...) are 1.5 km. The sunsets are spectacular. There are several areas suitable for swimming on the rocks with easy access. Interesting area for fishing. A 2 km from the beach and the port of Sardina (ideal for diving). About 5 km from the archaeological site of The Painted Cave Galdar. A 30 km from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and 50 km from the airport. Ideal for lovers of tranquility, sea and walks. On the negative from the aesthetic point of view, the apartment is in a complex where there is no area in which construction was completed, although there are no jobs currently work.
