Just pack your clothing! We are conveniently located just 2 miles from Jiminy Peak and our property is completely maintained by their management. No need to shovel snow! The large, private outdoor deck has expansive mountain views. Sit in front of the fireplace on the beautiful leather sectional or double chaise lounge. Enjoy the wonderful entertainment center in the loft, Relax on a 'Shabby Chic' luxurious sofa or leather armchair with ottoman, and choose from our selection of DVDs and VCRs that you can view on a Sony Trinitron flat screen TV. Read a book from our mini-library or play one of many board games available. We think you'll find the house a wonderful base to enjoy all that the Berkshires has to offer!

The Berkshires has been referred to as the new Hamptons. The important difference is that you won't have to battle the traffic to or from the house. The Berkshires is a year-round cultural center. We are close to Williamstown with it's beautiful college setting and the Clarke Art Institute. Drive 5 minutes further to North Adams where Mass Moca (Museum of Contemporary Art) sits in a beautifully restored 19th century mill. Drive up to Manchester, Vt. for outlet shopping. Head in the opposite direction and visit Lenox, summer home of the Boston Symphony at Tanglewood, or Stockbridge with it's Norman Rockwell Museum. And of course, Jiminy Peak, which offers not only some of the best skiing available in the New England area but a variety of winter activities to keep the entire family entertained. You'll find something for everyone in the wonderful Berkshires.

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend here with our two teenage daughters. The condo was very comfortable, spacious, beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed (including board games which we hadn't played in years together!). We enjoyed playing tennis (which is on site) and took a great hike up in Mt. Greylock, which is nearby. We had a delicious meal at a restaurant in Williamstown, too. It was too quick and trip but hope to be back. I highly recommend this rental.

GREAT RENTAL! We loved it!

We have rented this home for the last two years, from mid-December to mid-March. It is a great rental! The house is just one mile from the Jiminy Peak mountain, and there is an amazing hill in the backyard for sledding.

The inside layout is perfect. With 3 bedrooms, a loft, a pull-out couch in the master, and two trundle beds...there is a lot of room.

Great fireplace, loft area, nice furnishings...it was perfect for us. We really enjoyed our ski seasons up there.

This year we are moving to Vermont so we are not renting again for the 09-10 season. We will miss this place! We looked at many rentals in Jiminy Peak, and this one is by far the best. Rent it now!!!

Great Rental...We Rented Here for Two Years!

For the last two ski seasons we have rented this condo from mid-December through mid-March and I recommend it highly. It was perfect for me, my husband and my 3 boys. The house is less than a mile from Jiminy Peak and has a great interior layout. One of our favorite parts of the house is the amazing sledding hill it has in the back!

We looked at many places near Jiminy Peak to rent, and this one is by far the nicest and has the most to offer. With 3 bedrooms, a loft, a pull-out couch in the master bedroom and 2 trundle beds in one of the bedrooms...there is plenty of room. Great fireplace, amazing sledding hill, nice decorating...We just loved it.

We are moving up to Vermont this year, which is why we are not doing this great rental again. We will miss it! If you are looking for a seasonal rental near Jiminy Peak, RENT THIS ONE. We highly recommend it!
