This 2 bedroom, one bath unit is on one level in the heart of the activity. It's a 1/2 block from Commercial Street and MacMillian Pier. There is a common kitchen/ living area, 1 full bath, and 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Sheets & towels are provided.

You are just moments away from P-town's eclectic selection of restaurants, shops, and wonderful art galleries, while you can meander your day away. In the evening you can enjoy one of the towns many nightclubs, discos, or shows or for the romantic at heart take a sunset cruise on a schooner. If you want to pamper yourself, you can enjoy one of the day spas in town or work off your stress at the gym.

    $1100 per week October 24 - November 28, '09
    $900 per week November 28 - December 26, '09
  • Off-season nightly rentals considered. $150.00 per night with a 3 night minimum for holiday and event weekends and 2 night minimum all other weekends. (Not in effect from June 20 through October 24, 2009)

    Memorial Day weekend - 3 Night minimum $175 per night.

Another delightful stay!

Our second summer stay and it was just as wonderful as the first! Clean, very well decorated. Owners are delightful to deal with. Even the littlest details like, board games in the closet add to its charm. Parking is SO convenient, and the location couldn't be better! Roll out of bed in the morning into the coffee shop for a hot cup of joe....or a step away in the evening from the exciting nightlife only Provincetown offers! We look forward to our next stay next summer!!

Amazing Location, Nice Place

Stayed over Labor Day weekend. This condo is located on a side street RIGHT in the center of town. Great location. Not too noisy at night (air conditioners mask any sound anyway).

The place is clean and decorated nicely, and has all you need to have a good time.

Very recommended.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this condo is! Totally upscale, totally clean, totally homey, and totally convenient to Commercial Street. It was a delight to come back to after a day at the beach, or a night out on the town. Our two year old twins are still referring to it as their "vacation home".

My wife, her mother, stepfather, and I have rented one summer week for the past 5 years. The condo has plenty of room for 4 adults and the location can't be beat! We love the decor, the cleanliness, and the ease of renting from "the guys". The Vixen nightclub is next door, but with the air conditioners running we sleep soundly without interuption from club-goers. We highly recommend this rental unit in P-Town!

What a wonderful condo! We enjoyed the winter solitude of the Cape in February. This condo is clean, beautifully laid out and decorated, and in an ideal location, close to library, pier, resturants, shops...all within walking distance. We can't wait to return!
