The apartment has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and is tiled throughout.
The apartment is on one level and the owner has provided a gradual ramp to facilitate access from the open patio via landscaped walkways to the single level extensive grounds and pool area.
Located in a peaceful, private part of the development this unit enjoys views of the Caribbean sea and opens out onto lush, tropical, beautifully landscaped gardens. A short paved walkway leads to the beach and the pool area avoiding the use of stairs and elevators and is ideal for wheelchair accessibility. The private lawns off the patio of this unit provide an ideal location for relaxing, sun bathing and reading away from the activity of the main pool. Unlike most ocean front condominiums, Palm Beach benefits from a large open lawn and the beach front privacy often lacking in other developments.
Palm Beach is an ideal setting for those who wish to relax with a good book and there is a small library in the unit containing a variety of novels and books to suit most tastes. Guests are encouraged to leave any books which they have purchased and no longer require so that the library is kept current for the benefit of others.
There is a well maintained and equipped private fitness centre located within the complex which is restricted for use by residents of Palm Beach only.
The owner is the President of an international reinsurance company in Barbados and has lived on the island for over 25 years. He is an active member of the Board of Management at Palm Beach and a member of the Board of Management who are responsible for overseeing the Property. The condominium is also used by his family at specific times during the year.

After several holidays in Barbados staying on the west coast, this was our first visit to the Palm Beach condos on the south coast, from the moment we were collected from the airport to being greeted by the owners nothing was too much trouble. The condo was fantastic everything we needed and more, and the little extras of fresh flowers etc just made us feel welcome, The position of the condo was fantastic, from the beautiful grounds straight to the beach and the spotless pool area, made our stay enjoyable, looking forward to our next trip in 2013, thanks for your hospitality.

Ron is originally from the UK and has resided in Barbados since 1986. His wife, Serena, is a Barbadian national as are their three teenage children. He is the President and a Director of three international reinsurance companies affiliated with a major US based financial institution and he is an active member of the Palm Beach Board of Management.
We chose Palm Beach because it has all of the qualities of a fine beach front location. It is a modern, well maintained facility comprising 59 units, most of which are occupied by owners or long term tenants, so it has a community atmosphere. Unlike many condominiums in Barbados this facility is not affected by traffic noise and it benefits from expansive, well maintained tropical gardens and a large three section communal pool with varying depths. Also, with 3 lively teenage children, the location is perfect for accessing many amenities such as beaches, the boardwalk, restaurants, shops and nightlife.
This unit is away from the activity of the development's expansive pool area and overlooks a tranquil section of the gardens with views out to the Caribbean sea. The ground floor allows us to move freely to and from the beach via the large covered patio and avoids the use of elevators and stairs.
