The Italian Riviera is an area with a temperate climate even in winter. Particularly Alassio enjoys pleasant temperatures all year round. The beach of Alassio is the most beautiful of all Liguria. The centre of the village and the beach can be reached in ten to fifteen minute walk.

The attractions are many. Beautiful walks in the hills or the beach, tennis nearby, cycling, Golf Garlenda 5 Km, high class shopping, explore the surroundings, whether in the beautiful hinterland of Liguria, and in the nearby French Riviera.

This apartment is located in a two-family villa and is on two levels. The Villa is in a great park where the components of one same Family have built their Holiday Villas. Each villa has its own private garden and around, available to all residents of the hill, there is a large common park. On the first floor, plus a nice terrace and a garden, there are: living room with dining room (there is a double sofa bed), a room with a double or king size bed, a bath with shower, a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs (in tower) there is another room with 2 beds and another bathroom with shower. All is new and very nice.

Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht über das Dorf und das Meer.
Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vom Vermieter ein super Service.
Absolut empfelenswert.
Das Meer ist zu Fuss ca. in 15 Min. erreichbar.
Sehr sauber und alles hat geklappt.
