VERY SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE APARTMENT IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION.

My husband and I were traveling with friends and we knew we needed space for privacy and for gathering together for meals and evening entertainment so this was one of the reasons we chose this apartment. Upon our arrival at the vaporetto stop we were met by a representative from the management company. Pietro escorted us to our flat, explained how things worked and shared his wealth of knowledge of restaurants, shops and areas to visit which made our visit to Venice outstanding.

Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet our expectations and we were somewhat disappointed. The furnishings are quite worn and one of the bedrooms needed cleaning. I emailed the company right away and by noon the next day they had called to make arrangements to address our complaints.
I give a huge kudos to the company for their quick and professional response. Being a Saturday they did not have all personnel working but Gaia and Carlene showed up with bags in hand to make the apt. more comfortable. They also sent two young women over to clean the third bedroom and provide clean towels. I was very impressed with their response and this will be the reason I rent through this company again in the future. I believe this is a relatively new property for this company and they are in the process of working out all the kinks. Based on the customer service alone I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends, family or work colleagues.

The apartment is very spacious, especially for Venice where space is at a premium. The heat works well, the eat in kitchen and dining area is great for hosting friends. The washing machine, stove and fridge work great and got plenty of use from us since we prepared most of our meals. There was an espresso maker, an american coffee maker and a electric tea kettle which met the needs of everyone in our group. There is a big screen TV with plenty of satellite channels and the internet worked very well.

The location is excellent being close to shops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies and markets but far enough away from the tourists that you feel you are living among the locals. The windows in the living area are large letting in plenty of light. There is a restaurant downstairs which can be noisy, especially for the front and back bedrooms but we only had an issue with it on one night. We only spent 4 nights in this apartment but we could have easily been happy there for weeks.
