Just a short drive to Ogunquit, Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. Many antique shops in area. Miniature golf nearby. Half-hour drive to either Portsmouth, NH or Portland, ME as well as Kittery shopping outlets. Golf at the scenic 18-hole Cape Neddick Country Club (semi-private). Many great restaurants also in the area.

Spectacular Beachhfront House!

This rental combined the best in ammenties with a beach that is simply breathtaking! The property offered everything as advertised - plus the added benefit of extremely nice and generous owners. As someone that likes to cook, the kitchen provided everything that we needed and the two upstairs bedrooms offered the most amazing beach and sky views at night. During the late afternoon, we surf casted right off the beach in the back of the home and caught a 28" striper in the first 10 minutes! If you are looking for a beachfront property location with outstanding views and a beautiful home, this rental is for you!

Great House!!

We have been staying at this beautiful house for 3 years. It is exactly as described and meticulously maintained. The owners are great to deal with and have become friends over the years. There are VERY few homes like this available in Wells or Moody Beach. It is a jewel.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in July 2009. The description of this property shows they have everything you could need and they are not kidding! Extra large beach towels, extra linens, everything you could possibly need in a kitchen, washer/dryer, large cozy bedrooms, all the beach toys/supplies and an AMAZING view! It was the only house on the beach with real grass (which was perfectly maintained) which the kids enjoyed playing on. A few steps down to the beach was simply fantastic!

The owners are wonderful to work with. They take great pride in their home and it shows!

I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Luxury on the Beach!

The house and property were perfectly described and meticulously well-maintained. The owners were wonderful to deal with. The location itself was great; perfect for lounging and relaxing on the deck or the beach, but just a short drive from a lot of the local attractions. I would definitely recommend this to a friend, but only if they didn't want to rent it the same week I did!! I would definitely rent this property again!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
