Adorable 2 bedroom plus loft, 1 bath cottage with 4 person hot tub, located on the Narramissic River. Very private setting as the cottage is the last house on the road (there are only two houses on the road) and sits about 50 feet back from the Narramissic River, which makes it a great location for canoeing, kayaking and fishing. There is plenty of wild life to be seen at the cottage. *Note, spiral stairs takes you from the 1st to 2nd floor.

Nearest Beach: beach at 15 Miles
The cottage is also very conveniently located. The Village of Orland, where the general store, church and post office are located, is just a minute or two away by car (you can walk to the general store in about 10 minutes). It is about 2 miles from Bucksport, where you will find a larger grocery store, restaurants, movie theater, public golf course and Fort Knox, which was built during the American Revolutionary War. The scenic villages of Blue Hill and Castine are both about 15 minutes away by car, Ellsworth is also about a 15 minute drive away, and both Camden and Bar Harbor (Acadia National Park) are about 40-45 minutes away by car. Ocean access can be found 15 minutes away along Blue Hill coast or Castine.

A wonderful, secuded cabin right on the river. Clean and in great condition. The hot tub is outstanding and the views are terrific. Very peaceful setting!! Convenient to Deer Isle and Acadia. Terrific!
