Complete with heating and air conditioning. It has a terrace overlooking the sea, the beach and the marina located a few meters. The terrace has extendable awning and outdoor furniture. The modern and tasteful decor offers a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, enhanced by some unique items and antiques. It has everything you need: linens, bedding, kitchen equipment, etc.. Includes use of parking space in the same building with direct lift.
