Great location in Bear Trap Dunes in Ocean View. Just about 2 miles from Bethany Beach. Condo was nicely furnished and spacious for our family which includes 2 teenage daughters. Lots of amenities ranging from dishwasher, coffeemaker, beach umbrellas & chairs to plenty of board games and Dvd's. We did have a problem with the internet connection which made checking e-mails, checking out local restaurants etc. a problem. Also,we only used the pool a few times which made the extra $125.00 for pool passes an added cost. Overall, a great place to stay!!

Owner's Response: The Bear Trap Homeowners Association requires that all guests over the age of 4 obtain guest passes to use all of the amenities in the community. The passes grant you access to the community center which houses the fitness center with state of the art equipment, the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna, which are available year round. It also entitles guests to use the beach bus shuttle in the summer months for transportation to and from Bethany Beach which is very convenient so that you do not have to find parking and pay the parking meters. The passes are an optional purchase, but must be optained if you plan to use any of the amenities in the community. The entire Bear Trap community is equipped with high speed cable Internet service provided by Mediacom. Although the service is usually reliable, there are times when the service is down as with any Internet service. Our Internet connection is a secured connection and all of our guests are provided the password to use during their stay. If the wireless service is unavailable, there are many places in and around the Bethany Beach / Ocean View area that provide wireless hot spots.
