On the first floor you will find a large living room with small private balcony overlooking a canal, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. On the top floor you will find two double bedrooms with king size beds, a bathroom with bath tub and shower and a small terrace overlooking the city center. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony and roof terrace. Third floor without lift.

Spacious two storey, third floor canal apartment located only 200 metres from Central Station. Superb location surrounded by bars and famous restaurants. walking distance to all major tourist attractions. Luminous and comfortable apartment.This 100 m2 recently renovated apartment has a lovely view not only on the Singel canal but also on the whole city.
