The beautiful newly built house is situated in a maintained and calm side street in Njivice. It lies nearby the town centre and the beach, whereby the beach can be attained comfortably on foot. The house provides 2 above average furnished apartments with air conditioning system, digital SAT TV and radio. The apartments are tastefully equipped with many original paintings painted by the hostess, an academic artist. The house also has own parking lots and a large terrace with an barbecue and a sea view.

Apartment Blue Flower has a large living room with kitchen and dining room. It has a large balcony with beautiful view, one bedroom with double bed and a kids room with two beds, and a bathroom with a shower. Kitchen is equipped with electric ceramic plate, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, toaster, dish-washer, coffee machine and all plates and cutlery that is necessary for cooking and eating. In the living room there is a sofa (that can be made into the bed for two), a TV with satellite reception, Hi-Fi, air conditioning and a possibility of using internet. Every 7 days sheets, bedding and towels are changed. In the apartment you can also find useful accessories such as hair dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
