STUNNING TOWNHOUSE LOCATED 15 MINUTES DRIVE FROM DISNEY

I stayed in this home in the beginning of January with my 2 year old son. I was worried that it would not be child friendly but it was not only child friendly but adult friendly. The outside is lovely with plenty of foliage and many parking spots making it easy to get not only a squirming child in and out but also whatever else you may need to bring.

The inside is cool and tiled and has a lovely kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and gadgets and the living area had many of the techo-gadgets you would want at home and away.

The first floor also has a great separate bedroom with bathroom and is incredibly spacious. The bedding and towels are all there so you don't have to worry about bring anything.

Upstairs is another three rooms and two bathrooms and very open and light which is lovely.

I was especially pleased with the fact that it was an easy walk to the pool/front store area and that there were many stores (grocery, shops, bank, restaurants) within a mile walk. The pool area is also lovely, with a large pool, child pool and hottub. It is well tended, clean and has many seating areas. There is also a playground within the gated pool area and a basketball court (I think tennis too)

Another great thing was you are so close to everything. The parks are only a 10-20 minute drive. I went to Cape Canaveral and that was only an hour drive and the beach is close as well with about an hour and fifteen minutes.

Finally, the cost of the rental was so inexpensive for all the amenities the house and area has.

We will definitely be staying/renting again in the future.
