The 'Villa del Girasole', located Montegiano, is fully and tastefully furnished and equipped. The ground floor is all day, with a large living room with fireplace, a reading lounge with fireplace, a recreation room, kitchen all made of masonry and a bathroom. The finishes are typical of the Houses of brick and covered with wooden beams at sight. Terracotta floors. The sleeping area has five large bedrooms, a sitting room for the evening with TV or play area and 3 bathrooms, two with shower and one with bath. In a hillside setting very nice and open. The countryside of the Marche with its many colors in a very relaxing atmosphere. Close to many places of tourist attraction or historical. Close to beautiful beaches with beach suitable for children. Beautiful excursions in nature. The Villa renovated with materials and finishes of origin is very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The property includes a garden of about 3000 sqm, very flat and green, with plants and flowers and an area with olive trees. A beautiful and large swimming pool with indoor lighting. The property is surrounded by farmland, depending on the year with crops ranging from sunflowers to other crops.
