Downstairs there is a spacious open plan living-dining room, fully fitted kitchen, shower room and patios. Main bedroom has an attractive balcony and the large roof terrace is perfect for entertaining and relaxation. The property also benefits from air conditioning/heating and it is located just a few metres from the communal pool.

The property is especially well set up for young families - there is a high chair, pushchair and travel cot available.

Excelent startingpoint for western Andalusia

This house in Lebrija offers comfort for you and your family. Here is plenty of room inside and in the yard and on the top-roof. Lebrija is a a town of its own with nice and kind inhabitants where you find yourself welcome.
Lebrija is a good startingpoint for visiting Sevllla. Take the train and you are in this marvellous city with the cathedral, the Alcazar, the quarter Santa Cruz, Plaza Espania, Triana and so forth.
You can from here visit the national parc of Donana, Cadiz, Jerez de la Frontera and Gibraltar is also within reach from Lebrija.

Nice house in Lebrija

Nice house with all comforts (from dishwasher to sunchairs) Certainly for children ok(babybed, pushchair, books and toys). Swimmingpool just two steps away and smal foodstores just two minutes walk. Citycenter and big supermarked not more than 10 minutes walk. Good functionning airconditioner and clean house. Only little minor is that there was only one couch.

Lebrija very nice Historical town with almost no tourists. Perfect in the middle between Cadiz and Sevilla. By train only 10 minutes to airport and 15 minutes to the very big town of Jerez. Perfect place to start your journy from.

Last but not least; nice people round the swimming pool and even nicer neighbours.

Great minibreak

What a wonderful trip! We hired a car and easily navigated our way there. The accomodation was very spacious and well-maintained. It was very clean with modern yet stylish decor. We especially loved being able to use the shared pool and the private roof top terrace. The views during our roof top BBQ were glorious. The town centre was easily accessible on foot. Everyone was very friendly. There were not too many English people which made our trip feel more Spanish. The local tapas was delicious and very cheap. We occasionally used our car for a trip to the beach, the mountains or to Seville. We were only there a week but easily could have stayed for two. The English and Argentinian owners were really helpful in terms of where to visit and how to get there. I'd definitely come again.

Lovely Lebrija!

We had a lovely time at this beautiful, modern house. Plenty of room, funky decor and close to plenty of interesting places. We spent a good deal of time at the beach - only about 20 minutes drive - and looking around Jerez (great shopping there too). lebrija had enough going on in it at this October half term time to keep us busy without it being overly touristy. The cafe culture is still going strong at this point in the year and we loved watching the worlod go by with the sun on our backs and freshly squeezed orange juice in our hands.

The rooftop terrace was one of our favourite aspects of the house. A cool glass of wine in the evening whilst looking out over the town as a real highlight.

The house was spotless and very well appointed, we had all the facilities that a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 under 5s) could need.

I would certainly recommend the house and the area to a friend!

Lebrija is a typical Spanish town on the Costa de la Luz and is unspoilt by tourism. It has has an abundance of tapas bars, cafes, restaurants and shady plazas for relaxation and eating out. There is local market with fresh local produce as well the convenience of a major supermarket just a short walk from the house. Lebrija is surrounded by vineyards for the production of sherry. The roots of flamenco music and dancing are firmly rooted in Lebrija and this is celebrated with the famous Caracola fiesta at the end of July.

The location is ideal for exploring the area. Just a 30 minute drive from Jerez, about 50 mins to Seville and Cadiz, Lebrija is also on the edge of the Doñana National Park - a major attraction for birdwatchers. It is also a short drive from the wonderful sandy beaches of Sanlucar, Chipiona, Costa Ballena, Rota and El Puerto de Santa Maria. The pueblos blancos of the Sierra de Cadiz are just over an hour's drive away - perfect for a day trip into the hills. Lebrija is well connected and has a regular train service to Jerez/Cadiz and Seville.

Situated only 25 mins from Jerez airport, 50 mins from Seville airport and about 90 mins from Gibraltar airport, Lebrija is easily accessible from many international airports.
