Villa Leonarda is located in a small Mediterranean village called Seget Vranjica. This prime location is a 10-minute walk to the beach, while the cities of Trogir and Split, both UNESCO Heritage sites, are only 5 kilometres and 30 kilometres south, respectively.
Villa Leonarda is built and equipped “American style”. It is situated at the top of a hillside along the central Adriatic Coast with views that stretch for miles. This five-star destination is a holiday experience to be remembered.
This beautiful property is a five bedroom, nine bathroom villa accommodating up to 10 people. The estate offers the luxuries and conveniences of life in a picturesque and serene setting.
It extends over 3 levels and each level has its large terrace. On the ground floor there is a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, gym area, kitchen / living room area, 1 suite with bathroom, WC, laundry room, store and elevator.
The first floor has a formal dining room, a large living room, a study and 2 WCs.
The second floor comprises 4 suites with en suite bathrooms. All suites have access to the terrace.
Outdoor there are landscaped gardens with garden terrace, a private pool, a summer kitchen including BBQ, a bathroom near the pool and an outdoor shower.

Adventurous activities:
- Rafting on River Cetina - departure from Omiš, twice a day (09:00 and 14.30 hrs). Duration: 4 hrs. What to bring on this trip: T-shirt, bathing suit, towel, sports shoes, extra clothes and shoes you will put on after the trip.
Canu Safari - Duration of excursion: 2hrs. Price includes: guide, insurance, kanu, life jacket.
- Canyoning - Duration: 3-4 hrs of walking,waterfalls passing, swimming. Price includes: equipment, guide, insurance.
- Canuing -Duration: 4 hrs drive in canu or kayak for two or three persons. Price includes: fruit, equipment, guide, insurance.
- Riding
Terrain riding -includes instructor.
Tour through Cetina valley - 2 hrs riding, includes instructor.
Riding school - 20 trainings. Price on request.
- Walking tour - Green hills of Trilj. Visiting archaeological findings in Tilurium, visiting rural household and cheese tasting. Price includes: guide, insurance.
- Biking tour - price includes bike rent, helmet, guide, tasting home-made uštipci (donats).
- Fishing - bih+g game fishing, sometime called offshore sport fishing or offshore game fishing. Duration: 09:00-16:00. Included: pick up and drop off, welcome drink, lunch, baits, equipment. The catch remains on the boat.
- Diving: we offer diving for beginners and also for experienced divers.
- Paint ball: this is and invitation in a game which is full of adrenaline in environment of River Cetina.
Whole day excursions:
- Excursion to Split and Trogir - sightseeing with the local guide in Split and Trogir. Afer sightseeing free time, driving towards another city. Price includes: transfer with high tourist class bus, guide, tickets for Cathedrals St.Lovre and St.Duje.
- Excursion to Dubrovnik - transfer to Dubrovnik. Sightseeing in duration of 1,5hrs. Price includes:transfer with high tourist class bus, guide,entrance tickets for pharmacy and cathedral.
- Excursion to Vranjaca Cave - price includes: transfer with high tourist class bus, guide, entrance tickets.
- Excursion to Plitvice lakes - Price includes: transfer with high tourist class bus, guide, entrance tickets.
- Excursion to Mostar and Medugorje - driving to Mostar. Sightseeing with the local tour guide, drive to Medugorje. Price includes: transfer with high tourist class bus, guide, entrance tickets for Turska Kuca.
