House, 5 Bedrooms + Loft, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 14-18)

This spacious home, with lots of glass, picturesque scenery and wildlife, situated in this tranquil environment, is perfect for family gatherings. We have recently purchased this property and are in the process of upgrading and renovating many aspects of the home. We have installed *NEW* carpeting in entire house, *NEW* hot water heater, and *NEW* air conditioning this year. Many other *NEW* items including furniture, mattresses, bedspreads and pillows, and kitchen accessories!!!!! Private marina access included with rental for tenants with boats.

First floor features a wetbar with bar refrigerator, regulation size pool table, *NEW* Foosball table, and a *NEW* 32' LCD with Dish Network TV. The adjacent covered deck has an 8 person hot tub. Also on the main floor are two bedrooms (BR1 1 Queen, BR2 1 bunks twin/twin & 1 bunk twin/double), and a powder room with washer and dryer.

The second floor features a Living area with a large stone fireplace and a *NEW* 55' LCD featuring dish network. There is a large sectional with double recliners and a queen sleeper sofa as well as a sofa with a double sleeper available for additional sleeping accommodations. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen with a *NEW* large dining table with seating for eight. The large wrap-around deck has three tables/umbrellas with both *NEW* gas and charcoal grills available for outdoor entertaining. A full bath and two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) complete the second floor.

The third floor is home to a large loft which overlooks the family room and offers a great view of Big Boulder Ski Resort. The loft area sleeps 4, and boasts a *NEW* 32' LCD with dish network. The attached bedroom sleeps 4 (2 queens), and has an adjacent full bathroom.

Why The Owner chose Lake Harmony

Lake Harmony is a private lake that permits fishing, boating, water skiing, sailing and jet skiing. Our home is less than a 1/4 mile from the lake where there is a private beach, picnic tables, and a beach volleyball court. The property is located near year round activities which includes swimming, boating, tennis, golf, paintball, white water rafting, outlet shopping, water parks, biking, and gambling casinos. A variety of winter activities -- there are two ski areas located near the home as well as an indoor water park, movie theater, bowling, indoor tennis and other indoor activities for children and adults. There are several restaurants ranging from fine dining to casual fare. It is a lovely and safe area to take long walks and enjoy the scenery and the abundant wild life.

What makes this house unique

There is something for everyone -- young and old -- you can enjoy all the physical activities or you can relax in the yard on a swing or on the deck with a book and enjoy the peace and quiet and the wildlife that roam the area. Nightlife is located in the community and throughout the seasons there are special events for guests to enjoy: May--Irish and Celtic Festival; June--NASCAR Pocono 500, Wine Festival; July--Pocono Blues Festival; August--NASCAR PA 500 Cup, Tribute Fest; Sept.--Goodguys Rod & Custom Assn American Nationals; Columbus Weekend--Arts and Crafts Festival.
