The villa is located in the most well known five star luxury condominium Portuguese, next to Cascais. Right in front of new five star hotel with spa and pool (Hotel Onyria), five minutes away from golf courses, horse riding school, beaches, surfing, shopping malls, gourmet restaurants, health club (tennis is 12 euros per hour, massages are reasonable ) hairdresser, automatic bank machine, supermarket and night clubs. Perfect setting for holidays or longer stay. Includes large living room and dining room, enormous capacity full kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, very pleasant garden. Villa Has Been totally remodelled, furnished in very good taste, with air-conditioning, TV and DVD equipment. Extremely elegant and cozy.

Quinta da Marinha Golf course (100 meters) was designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones and is set in a private estate of 110 hectares, wooded with pine trees. Round Golf Course (500 meters) lies Within the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park. It is set among pine woods and reforested dunes, in area of ??great natural beauty. Being a seaside golf course, the ocean view is present all the time, although some of the most fantastic views come from the Sintra mountains and Cabo da Roca, Europe's most western point in Europe, as seen from holes 9, 10, 11 and 14 .
