4 BR, 2.5 BA, Sleeps 9.

Located on a totally private 10 acre wooded lot in Peru, Vermont. The house was recently repainted and just became available for seasonal rental. It is close to the best skiing, shopping, dining, swimming, golf & tennis Vermont has to offer. Living area is 32 ft x 48 ft. Fireplace. Cathedral ceiling. 2 sets of French doors open onto a large wrap-around deck. Recently added new living room furniture, living room rug and new bedding. Home was built in 1990. We also have 4 SUV size garage bays for those snowy days - NO scraping the windshields!!

Mahogany wood floors though out living area! Large welcoming foyer!

Dogs are permitted!

Great place to stay! Loved the house, clean, very well taken care of. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans which made cookouts for many people on the deck easy. House fits 10 no problem, with the large living room this place made for a great home away from home. Just far enough out of town to be quiet but not far enough that I minded the drive to and from town. Johnny Seasaw's is 1 mile away and the food was by far the best in town, so that made a huge plus. There is a lake 1/2 mile down the road which was great for a lazy Monday of no horse showing. No complaints about no air conditioning, the wooded area made for a breeze and the place stayed very cool. Owners very easy to deal with and considerate people, I definitely will be staying here again in the future.

Perfect VT get away! Huge wrap around porch with babbling brook along the side of the house. Hapgood Pond Recreation is down the road for hiking, fishing & canoeing. Manchester is 10 minutes away with awesome outlet shopping & lots of restaurants. Skiing at bromley is the best for families. loved loved loved this house!! Can't wait to get back!
