A stylish Cypriot style villa in the exclusive eleven-house development of Lithos Village in Coral Bay. Villa Anemona is a spacious house with a lovely garden and pool. It's also just a few houses away from villaparade's Villa Palati - so up to fourteen people could have a great holiday together here. It's just a short drive from the sandy beaches, restaurants and shops of Coral Bay, and Pegeia village.

Inside, the villa is airy and light with white walls and cool tiled floors. On the ground floor there's a hall, a lounge and a family dining-kitchen. In the lounge there are comfortable sofas, a stone fireplace, tv, a dvd/cd stereo and Playstation 2. The kitchen is large and square with lots of storage space in pale wood units, a dining table and chairs, and appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Double doors lead from the lounge and dining space to the pool-terrace.

There are three lovely sunny bedrooms - all en-suite, with air-conditioning and simply designed wooden furniture. Two are on the ground floor - a four-poster double room with an en-suite bathroom, and a twin room with an en-suite shower room. There's also a guest wc-bathroom on this floor. A second double bedroom suite is up on the first floor with another four-poster bed, an en-suite bathroom with a large bath and shower, and double doors onto a terrace with wonderful views across to the sea at Coral Bay and inland to the mountains.

There's lots of great space around the villa - with a long swimming pool, a shady beamed terrace with a barbecue, lawns and a hot tub. The garden and terrace feel very peaceful and private behind hedges, with beautiful views down to the sea from the upper level of the villa.

Villa Anemona is a relaxing and stylish family villa, with lots of space in the house and around the pool. And it's close to the sea, lovely sandy beaches, shops, restaurants, water sports and family activities - in Coral Bay and Pegeia.

The beautiful beach resort of Coral Bay is often described as the best bay on the west of the island. And it's no surprise, when you consider the calm turquoise sea, dipping gently into some of the clearest off shore diving space in the Mediterranean, the scattered palm trees, the 600 metres of soft white sand and, in summertime, the almost cloudless blue skies.

Tourism came to the seaside village of Coral Bay later than many other Mediterranean holiday destinations, and despite its popularity the resort has retained a genuine local charm. The pace of life is very laid back and things tend to centre around the activity on the beach. You will also find lots of very friendly tavernas and restaurants selling delicious local dishes, with seafood a speciality.

The relaxing environment of the resort, the long warm days and simple pleasures of good food and beautiful views may well lull you into that perfect holiday mood. However, if you want to get up and explore, Coral Bay is a wonderful base from which to see Cyprus' best and most secluded beaches. All along this coastline you will find little sandy coves, protected by the rugged coastline, just perfect for a day trip out. If you don't fancy the walk this may well be the time to make use of your free hire car.

Notes

  • Price is per property per week (£'s sterling) and includes: weekly maid service, linen/towels (excluding beach towels), any air-con/heating costs, safety deposit box rental, services of resort office and representatives.

    There is an additional minor breakage charge which also includes use of a safety deposit box of £15 per week (if you do not wish to pay this then a security deposit of 25% of the property cost is required when paying the final balance).

    Extras available include: cot, high chair, bed-guard, stair-gate, pushchair from £20 each per week, extra bed if available £75 per week – please use the booking form when booking the property to pre-book all these and many more extras & activities including Nintendo Wii, bike hire, day trips, rounds of golf and car upgrades.
