The en-suite shower bathroom has a large walk-in shower that has a low raised border and a heated towel rail.
The hallway opens up into a beautifully decorated lounge dining room that has gorgeous sloping beamed ceilings and high quality furniture with gorgeous light fittings. There is a solid wood dining table and chairs, lovely cream sofas around a low coffee table and wood-burning fire set into the corner. What really creates a distinct ethnic individuality in this villa is the extraordinary artwork on display throughout. From the paintings on the walls to the decorative buddhas, little pots and indie materials, it has so much on display. Double doors lead onto the outside patio and gardens.
An elegant curtained entrance leads into a very large kitchen that has dark wood fitted units and lovely white worktops. There is a vitro hob, split level oven and fitted microwave and a large american fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser.
The double porcelain sink has a pretty small-paned window above and there is a large square breakfast area with seating. There is a door into very large utility area that has a washing machine and ironing facilities as well as an indoor washing line.
A door from the kitchen leads outside to a large corner patio with wood table and chairs that is very pretty and private.
A hallway from the lounge leads to the other bedrooms. On the ground level there is a double bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom that has a wide bath with hand-held shower and a separate large walk-in shower cubicle. There is a futher large bathroom with a bath only which is next to a twin bedroom.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning and heating units. The villa has central heating radiators throughout and lovely sloping beamed ceilings.
A solid wood staircase with wrought iron bannister leads upstairs to a master double bedroom that has dark wood parquet floors, lovely yellow painted walls and high beamed ceilings. A high window looks out towards the Puig Maria mountian and the La Font hillside. Double doors lead out onto a fantastic upper terrace that is really large. It has balustrade walls and wood table and chairs.
The views from here are right over the rolling green fields towards the Boquer Valley to the left and the La Victoria mountain on the right. The ensuite bathroom has a jacuzzi bath with a hand-held shower.
Outside is a covered furnished terrace overlooking the pool and to the left is a large barbecue area with brick barbecue and double sinks. The pool is surrounded by lush green lawn with beautiful palm trees and shrubs. There is a feature well and exotic tropical banana plants.
