A modern, four bedroom villa situated in the popular resort of Cala En Blanes. Villa Sebastian is ideally located and is less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest restaurant, supermarket, bar and beach. The villa boasts high standard decor and furnishings, a house of comfort and a great sense of style.

As you enter the villa on the ground floor there is a large modern lounge with leather sofas and a dining table and chairs, the lounge has patio doors which lead out to a covered terrace and fantastic pool area. You also have a fully equipped modern kitchen which also has patio doors leading out to the pool area. On the ground floor of the villa there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom, there is also a separate shower bathroom on the ground floor.

Upstairs you have one double bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom and one twin bedroom with an ensuite shower bathroom. Both of these bedrooms offer balconies with beautiful sea views.

Outside, the garden is enclosed and one of the main features of this house is the attractive, large pool and terrace area. There is a brick built barbecue here which makes it perfect for dining on an evening with family or friends. The entrance to the villa also has a gated driveway for a bit of extra privacy.

Cala En Blanes lies in the rocky west coast of Minorca five kilometres west of Cuitadella. Transfer time from the airport is between one and one and a quarter hours. Cala n Blanes is considered to be one of the best beaches on the west coast of the island. It is a lively resort by Minorcan standards and very popular with the British.

Cala En Blanes, on the western tip of Minorca, was once a deserted coastline of tiny coves and deep rocky inlets. Together with its neighbours Cala n Forcat and Los Delphines, it is one of Minorca's most recent resorts. Constructed in the 1980s to accommodate the increasing numbers of visitors to this popular island, these three resorts have almost merged into one. Pine trees and palms line the fine sandy beach which slopes very gently into the clearest of water. The craggy rocks to the sides shelter the cove from wind so the sea is also very calm. Conditions are perfect for snorkelling and scuba diving. There is a diving centre in the area which caters for both novice and experienced divers.

A mini train runs between Cala En Blanes and the neighbouring resorts. The resort has a number of themed bars aimed at British holiday maker. There is a water park in neighbouring CalaE n Forcat, mainly suited to younger children as the flumes are rather less than death defying. There is also a mini golf course. Cala En Blanes is essentially a family resort where people go to relax, soak up the sun and enjoy bathing in warm shallow waters. Take a short bus ride to Cuitadella, the former capital, and enjoy the beauty of the architecture reflecting the glory of its past.

  • Price is per property per week (£'s sterling) and includes: weekly maid service, linen/towels (excluding beach towels), any air-con/heating costs, safety deposit box rental, services of resort office and representatives.

    There is an additional minor breakage charge which also includes use of a safety deposit box of £15 per week (if you do not wish to pay this then a security deposit of 25% of the property cost is required when paying the final balance).

    Extras available include: cot, high chair, bed-guard, stair-gate, pushchair from £20 each per week, extra bed if available £75 per week – please use the booking form when booking the property to pre-book all these and many more extras & activities including Nintendo Wii, bike hire, day trips, rounds of golf and car upgrades.
