It is 15 km far from Sintra, 1KM from the centre of the cosmopolitan Cascais and 5 km from Estoril which has the biggest casino in Europe. Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point in continental Europe, is 9 km from the property and Lisbon, the capital with its cosmopolitan atmosphere, monuments, restaurants and the Fado is only 30 min away. For golfers there are 2 golf courses beside the villa (Qt da Marina & Oitavos) and more 4 golf courses within 20 minutes: Penha Longa, Estoril, Beloura & Belas.
