A very spacious and private family villa in the countryside on the edge of Coral Bay. Villa Katerina Bay is in a peaceful place with open views of hillsides and fields. It's hidden away off a country road down a wide gated drive, lined with palms, banana trees and citrus trees. And it's still very close to the beach and the sea, and the restaurants, cafés and shops of Coral Bay - just a three-minute drive away. Inside, the house is simple and cool with white walls and tiled floors. On the ground floor there are two living areas - one is open-plan with comfortable sofas and a dining table. There's a satellite tv here, a dvd/cd stereo and a playstation 2. The second lounge is a lovely bright and sunny room with several sets of double doors out onto the poolside terrace. This room also leads into the kitchen - a well planned room with lots of storage space and counter surface, and appliances including dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer and a microwave. Also here on the ground floor, across a hallway, there's a twin bedroom with its own shower-bathroom. There are three more bedrooms on the first floor. The double bedroom is a lovely bright room with an en-suite shower bathroom and a separate dressing room. Double doors lead out to a long terrace with views across the countryside and down to the sea. The two twin bedrooms also open out onto the terrace. And they share a family bathroom with a bath and a shower. Behind the house there's lots of relaxing space for spending sunny days around the pool. Doors from the living room open out onto a shady covered terrace overlooking the pool. This is a really lovely place to sit and read, or get together to eat and talk - there's a barbecue cooking area with a sink here too. There's play space for children on two lawns, with a table-tennis table. Palms, fruit trees and Mediterranean plants around the garden and pool also make this a private and shady place. Villa Katerina Bay is a great family house with lots of space for everyone, in a peaceful part of the countryside with views down to the sea. It's a very short drive from here to the seaside towns of Coral Bay and Pegeia with lovely beaches and lots of holiday sports - including paragliding, horse riding, tennis, cycling and go carting. There are also historic sites in this part of Cyprus - with Roman tombs carved out the rock. Coral Bay and Pegeia are also full of cafés and bars, shops and restaurants.
