  • Discounts are available for more than 2 week bookings. A security deposit of 100 euros is payable to the Agent upon arrival. This will be fully refunded if there are no breakages or damages. There is also a 70 Euro charge for cleaning the apt before and after, the laundry change and washing, and the meet and greet when the keys are given over. This charge is also payable to the Agent upon arrival.
