Charming, very comfortable and luxury villa, situated 20 min. from Malaga airport and less than 5 min. drive to the beach.A bus service is also available to go down to the beach. Around 200 metres from the villa there is a bus stop where every hour a bus goes down to the beach. Located in quiet urbanisation (La Capellania) between Benalmadena Pueblo and Mijas Pueblo. Set above the coast with beautiful sea- and mountain views. Young garden and comfortable swimming pool, both well kept by private gardener. Large covered balcony and terraces (with porche) facing south (seaside). Numerous golf courses in the direct surroundings. Benalmadena has many good restaurants and bars, and there are plenty of activities for children and all the family.

Golf facilities : Many 18 holes golf courses within 30 min. drive: e.g. Torrequebrada, Mijas Golf, La Cala, Alhaurin and Parador Malaga. If requested, golfing days or excursions to other places of interest can be arranged. Prior notice must be given. Additional cost will be borne by the guest.

Shopping and Restaurants : Small supermarket for daily commodities within the urbanisation. Large supermarket (Champion) just opened at the entrance of the urbanisation. Shopping and good restaurants in Benalmadena Pueblo (5 min.), Fuengirola (10 min.), Marbella (20 min.) and Malaga (20 min.). Excellent seafood in the chiringitos (beach restaurants) at the boulevard of Fuengirola (10 min).

Entertainment and culture : For children: the villa's swimming pool, the beach down at the urbanisation and the Tivoli water- and fun park at close distance (10 min.). Cultural events in Granada, Sevilla and Cordoba at 1-2,5 hours driving distance. Malaga at 20 min. Day trips to Gibraltar and Africa (Ceuta). Bustling nightlife at Benalmadena Costa, Torremolinos and Fuengirola (10 min. drive) BUS SERVICE: Around 200 metres from the villa there is a busstop where every hour a bus passes which can bring you to the beaches and shops in Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmadena Pueblo and the places on the coast road, like Benalmadena Costa. This is in the hot summer probably preferable than to walk down in the heat of the day 10 to 15 minutes to the beach.

Excelent Villa has everything you need

We have rented this villa for 4 years and love it , we are 8 male golfers so the 8 single beds are a must . The kitchen is wonderfull having everything you could possibly need we cook in two nights of our week and have a barbie on the pool side barbacue which is excellent.
You do need a car to go to bars and restaurants we find Aroi a good place to eat and taxis to there or Benalmadena are 12 euros.
The owner Wooter and his wife Florien are very nice people and the on site service given by Elma and her husband Andreas is excellent.

Nice well kept Villa, difficult without car.

We had a great holiday at this lovely Villa. As the description states a car is absolutely vital as the Villa is located about a mile (very steeply down!) off a main road.
To get to the beach it is definately a drive & although the description states a bus is close by, we never saw a bus come onto the urbanisation.
There are however plenty of buses on the main road which can take you to Mijas, Fuingerola, Benalmadena etc & these are very regular.
The Villa itself is very clean and the Children loved the swimming pool & the games room downstairs (great when it got too hot).
There are lots of ornaments & "knick knacks" so small children could easily break something, but everything was in place to ensure a "home from home" apart from a DVD player.
We didnt have great communication from the owner after we had paid our deposit, but when I spoke to him eventually he was very helpful.
The lady who met us to hand over the keys was also very helpful.
There are no bars & restaurants in walking distance (unless you want to go up or down a very steep hill!), but Torre Blanca is very close in the car & has plenty of good restaurants & bars.
We liked the "Chill" Bar which was on the beach (through the tunnel), nice atmospere, hammocks to lie in & chill out & good food.
At the top road before you get onto the Urbanisation there is a very good Indian restaurant & a nice trendy bar.
If you want something more basic, Wynns bar is pretty good.
The coast is great if you have kids & a car. We went to the Water Park & to Tivioli World which our kids loved.
Benalmadena has a wonderful harbour with lovely restaurants & Fuingerola has a similar offering.
Overall we had a great time & providing you have a car, this is a lovely Villa.
