COZY COTTAGE WITH SEA VIEWS

Casa Pepa is a pretty country cottage for 4 people located in Palmar. The area is quiet and is a few minutes walk from the beach and 10 min drive from Conil de la Frontera. The house is fully equipped and has two bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Outside, there is a terrace, a porch, a gated parking within the plot, a nice garden with sun loungers and a patio with a barbecue in the back. The layout of the house is quite simple and comfortable, with a ground floor where there is a twin bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room, and a loft on the first floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed and a door giving access to the terrace with sea views. The show, meanwhile, has mainly a fireplace, a door to access the backyard, a satellite television, two sofas, a dining table, a stereo and three windows that give light to the whole house. The sheets and towels are included. A nice house for a vacation in paradise.
