Mix of old and new

The Good:
1. Suana, jacuzzi tub, steam shower - all very new.
2. Huge house - 3 levels, could easily fit more than ten people.
3. Private location, pretty woods.
4. New kitchen and baths.
5. Good service from owners/Killi-kemo rentals.
6. Nice wood-burning stove in family room.

The Bad:
1. Ran out of hot water easily - to solve this shower problem people took hot steam showers (separate heat source) with cold water.
2. Kitchen is small. Three people and you're squeezing passed each other to get stuff done.
3. Suana, jacuzzi, steam shower are all "petite" - max of 2 people in each at one time. We actually squeezed 4 in the suana but it was tight.

The Ugly:
1. Furniture (and throw pillows!) need to be replaced soon!

For the price, this was a great place to stay. Our group is all adult couples (no kids) and a hot tub is a huge plus for us. This place would have been perfect if there was more hot water and if there was a hot tub. The deck is perfect for an outdoor hot tub!

What we liked:
1. Lots of beds and spacious bedrooms.
2. New kitchen and baths.
3. Wood stove.
4. Lots of closets for storage.
5. Killikemo management is attentive and responsive.
6. Sauna and jacuzzi.
7. Attractive and private in the woods setting.
8.10 minutes to Okemo.
9. Excellent set up for 2 couples and up to 6 kids.

What is less than ideal:
1. Small kitchen with room for only 1 person cooking.
2. Small living and dining rooms.
3. Electricity to hot water heater is suspended in the afternoon.
We ran out of hot water after 1 bath and 1 load of laundry.
4. Make sure the security system is disarmed when you check in.
5. Bed linens and towels are not provided.
