The apartment has been renovated and refurbished in early 2012, and is located in a quiet building of only 6 houses in the liveliest area of ??Porto Santo Stefano in the heart of Monte Argentario, a short walk from shops, bars, restaurants, ferries to the islands of Giglio and Giannutri, and the beaches of the country. The home has a maximum capacity of 7 beds and is structured as follows: 2 double bedrooms both air conditioned, lounge with large window, frosted glass table and leather chairs, a beautiful 42-inch LCD television with satellite channels, and 3 seater leather sofa double bed with integrated kitchen complete with all kinds of tools and utensils, including a fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, bathroom with comfortable shower cabin, bidet and washbasin.
