This contemporary chalet is located in the sought after 'West Hill' area which is located on Okemo mountain near the ski tunnel on the Sachem ski trail . This house has the privacy of a home but the 'Amenities of a Resort' where you enjoy the large multi-level decks with new outdoor hot tub overlooking a scenic stream and woods. Then you can enjoy the sauna for those that really want to over indulge or soothe the muscles after skiing.The house has 3 bedrooms on two separate floors of living space. House was recently renovated including new furniture and decorated tastefully. The 'Great Room' has a soaring 23 foot cathedral ceiling and the main fireplace. The wall of windows and multiple skylights give the house a light and airy feeling. Brand new 6 person Hot Tub overlooks a stream and woods. Golf, the lakes, ice skating, kayaking, canoeing and shopping are all nearby. Short walk or ski back to house. See our other 5 bedroom house at www.800okemo.com .

This property is one of two rental houses owned on Okemo mountain by myself; not a rental company. Some of the features of these two ski properties is convenience to the slopes, large hot tubs, immaculate interiors with new furnishings. Additional amenities in my Okemo Ski homes include multiple fireplaces, pool table, foos ball table, large plasma screens with surround sound, fully equipped kitchens and everything else you would want in a Okemo ski house. Both houses are on Okemo mountain and are truly the best Okemo ski house value versus other mountain rentals. I have rented my properties for 20 years and my philosophy has always been: 1-location near the slopes, 2-good furnishings that are kept immaculate and 3- priced below market rates. This has brought back about 70 % of the renters for a second or third time which reduces my headaches and makes the experience more pleasant and satisfying for all. Think Snow !!!! Mike

Walk back for lunch or call it quits early to enjoy the hot tub overlooking the scenic woods and stream. This is a rare 3 bedroom that has views,hot tub and sauna. The amenities of the Okemo resort but without the crowds of the Okemo condo rentals.

Other Activities: Sledding and snow shoe from the house and ice skating is only a two minute dr.

Notes: Great house ! walking distance to Sachem ski trail. Brand new outside hot tub overlooks mountain stream and Vermont woods behind house, sleigh ride from the house, hike from the house. Ceder lined sauna room to relax the muscles after skiing. Wireless broadband if you absolutely have to work but I would recommend the hot tub or sauna versus the computer.

Wonderful Getaway!

My family had a fantastic weekend in this house over this past Columbus Day weekend. The kids loved playing by the stream and in the yard. We especially enjoyed the very close proximity to the slopes that we hiked on to have a picnic lunch. Soaking in the hot tub under the stars and sitting by the indoor fireplace was extremely relaxing. Visiting Bromley's outdoor adventure park was also very fun and a short ride away. For a wonderful escape with beautiful surroundings and helpful owners, I recommend this property!

Thanks for renting your amazing house to us. The location couldn't have been better. My boys loved hearing the stream in the backyard,visiting the waterfalls and many long nature walks in the woods.I loved shopping in the surrounding old time towns.My family enjoyed everything that Okemo has to offer. The owner was very easy to work with and the house was very well maintained. We will be back to this house or maybe have a family reunion at your other fabulous luxury house.

House was everything we needed. My family and my sisters had a great time. And this is our second visit. Walking to the slopes was enjoyable again, Kids sleigh rided down the Sachem trail at night as the four parents soaked in the hot tub.
