Central Lodge I is a spacious apartment, of about 110 sq m, located on the ground of a beautiful historical building on the Prins Hendrikkade, in the heart of the city centre, overlooking the famous Chinese Restaurant Sea Palace on the water, and the beautiful New Metropolis Science and Technology museum (better known as NEMO), designed by the famous Italian architect Renzo Piano. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from Central Station, and from the nightlife area, in particular the Nieuwmarkt, and Dam and Rembrandt squares. Shops and restaurants surround you, along the many canals surrounding the area, as well as the major attractions (Rembrandt House and the flea market on Waterlooplein, the botanical gardens and the nearby Artis zoo, the Hermitage, and the Jewish museum, the historical “Magere Brug” or skinny bridge, just to mention a few).

Central Lodge II is about 90 sq m, and is distributed on 3 levels (internal stairs). The door opens on the first level onto a living/dining room with sofa, armchair and coffee table, floor lamp, dining table with chairs and a high bar with 2 high footstools; the bar separates this area from the open kitchen, provided with all appliances. If you take the stairs to go up there is a large bedroom with comfortable double bed and a bathroom with bathtub; on the third level there is another bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 extra foldable beds that can be placed anywhere in the house. Ideal for families with children and group of friends. It can be rented together with Central Lodge II, another apartment in the same building, for bigger groups (up to 12 people). Smoking is allowed.
