The basement studio comprises a 22 square metre living/sleeping room with double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe and closet. Television is provided, as is wireless broadband for internet access. There is small dining table with chairs, and linen and towels, iron and vacuum cleaner are all provided.
There is a good sized bathroom (4.3 sq m) with bath/shower, washbasin, extractor and toilet.
The kitchen is compact (2 sq m) but well equipped with oven, small hob, refrigerator, washer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and microwave. Cutlery and crockery are also provided.
Access is by by stairs or lift from the communal hallway.

I LOVED the flat. The location is VERY central and yet the flat itself is in a cul de sac and so very quiet. The building it beautiful and clean as is the flat. The bathroom is very large. The flat itself is comfortable for one or two people. Kitchen is small but well stocked.
Malcom is the property manager and is very friendly. I met him the first and last day but I knew he was only a phone call away if I needed anything. I didn't b/c it was a very smooth stay.
In summary, I plan to stay there again when I visit.
I've just come back from a 4 night stay in London with 2 teenagers. This studio was absolutely perfect - quiet, spotless, well equipped and in a great location. Malcolm and his wife could not have been more helpful and if one day I come back to London, I know where I'll be staying!
My son and I have stayed during 1 week. It is a very pleasant studio, very well located, at a very short walking distance of Knightsbridge station and of many buses routes. It is a very safe and quiet area. The current construction works performed next to the studio are not a problem as they begin only at 8 00 am and end at 6 00 pm from Monday to Friday. It is really very quiet at night and every evenings. Do not hesitate anymore it is a really good value cosy studio.
My two children (11/9) and I stayed at the flat for 3 nights. The owners were very good in the communication and allowed an early-check in. The flat was very well accommodated -- we used the kitchen each day for breakfast and dinner. There are three grocers all within a very short walking distance. The sleeping area was warm, the beds very comfortable, and the highspeed internet was exceptionally fast. Bring your bar soap with you -- we left a stock of napkins for the next few guests. Otherwise there was plenty of other utility items. We saw a few tenants using the stairs outside the windows to access the common area for trash/recycling, but it was not intrusive. Plus we were out of the unit most of the day sightseeing. The area felt incredibly safe.
The location is a great thing at this flat. It is right on the Jubilee tube line, so pulling our baggage a few blocks was not a problem. (It was so close to the Knightsbridge station that we accidentally walked past the street the first time!) Walking distance to several museums, and right along Brompton road which has a ton of bus routes.
We were happy with the unit, would stay here again, and recommend it to friends.
This apartment was perfect for our stay in London. It is in the best location in Knightsbridge just around the corner for Harrods and has all the amenities you need. The apartment was clean, well heated as we were there in winter, well equipped with TV and WIFI facilities. Malcolm and his wife were very friendly and helpful on our arrival. The apartment is very close to a selection of grocery stores and restaurants/cafes and pubs. The nearest tube station of Knightsbridge allows you to access all the lines to get around London and see all the attractions. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who asked!

We loved our stay in this flat in the heart of London. Malcolm and his lovely wife Negat were marvelous with communications and were at the flat upon our arrival which was perfect. We stayed for 23 days in September and the unit fit all of our needs. We only brought carry-on luggage as there is a washer in the unit and the hamper worked perfectly for driying clothes. We felt very comfortable and safe in this flat and have traveled in Europe so have good comparisons.. The location is also perfect with the tube on the Picadilly line (underground) just a few minutes from the flat which brings you directly from Heathrow Airport; four short stops to the theather District (Leister Square); to the rails systems too for trips outside London, etc. The neighborhood provides.great restaurants and pubs (Queens Arm, Bunch of Grapes, two markets (M & S and Little Waitrose), coffee shops (Pauls and Starbucks where I became a regular), terrific shopping for the shopaholics (with Harrods just around the corner), Victoria and Albert Museum and the Natural History Museum, Kensington and Buckingham Place, Hyde Park and .Kensington Gardens, all within walking distance! In summary, we loved our stay in this flat and in London and would definitely stay here again (hopefully in 2016 or sonner). Thank you Malcolm and Negat for everything..
Situated in a quiet side street in the centre of Knightsbridge, and a short walk from Harrods and the underground station (direct line from Heathrow airport), the property is ideally located for the West End theatres,restaurants and shopping. South Kensington and the museums are close by, with the Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park being adjacent. Attractions such as Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament and the riverside are easily accessed.
