The farmhouse Finca Porto Aguait is situated about 4 km from the lovely fishing harbour Portocolom. The property is surrounded by almonds and olive trees and offers very nice views over the mallorcan country side. In 5 minutes by car you reach Porto Colom with its romanitc fishing harbour, lots of restaurants, bars and some supermarkets.

Finca Porto Aguait is a brand new farmhouse, partly covered with nature stone and rustically furnished. At the ground floor the impressionant entrance hall with piano straight leads into the lighty lounge area with sat -tv, dvd and playstation. Adjacent is the dining area with direct access to a wonderful covered terrace where you may enjoy meals 'al fresco'. The well furnished kitchen is close to both dining areas. On the other side there are two double rooms which share a spacious bathroom with bath. A guest toilet and a service room with washing machine complete the ground floor. From the entrance hall stairs lead up to the first floor. There are two bedrooms, one double with an ensuite walk-in shower room. The other room has twin beds. There is a nicely furnished large covered terrace, with views over the pool area and the country side.

Aguait captivates with its pretty gardens and large green areas. The large tiled pool surrounding the sun terrace animate to swim and sun bathing. Pure relax. Nice bbq area.

S'Horta, nestled on the outskirts of Cala D'Or, is an atmospheric traditional Spanish village with narrow streets, a beautiful church and several restaurants, shops and bars. S'Horta is a paradise for hiking enthusiasts and cyclists because it is so close to some of the best sights on the island of Mallorca. The 14th century Sanctuary de la Mare de Due de Sant Salvador and Castell de Santueri offer magnificent views across the island, while the nearby hamlet of Calonge has a variety of shops and superb restaurants. For beaches, S'Horta is just as convenient, one of Mallorca's finest sandy coves, Cala Sa Nau, is a favourite with the locals, while the busier resorts and superb Cala D'Or and Porto Colom are just down the road.

5-minute drive to the fishing village, Porto Colom the restaurants, bars and supermarket. 45 minute drive to Palma Airport.

    There is an additional minor breakage charge which also includes use of a safety deposit box of £15 per week (if you do not wish to pay this then a security deposit of 25% of the property cost is required when paying the final balance).

    Extras available include: cot, high chair, bed-guard, stair-gate, pushchair from £20 each per week, extra bed if available £75 per week – please use the booking form when booking the property to pre-book all these and many more extras & activities including Nintendo Wii, bike hire, day trips, rounds of golf and car upgrades.
