A short walk (.44 miles) to Park City Mountain Resort. Just steps from the Park City free shuttle on Empire.

Park Avenue is located right in the heart of Park City.

We have the unit next door too. Great for couples vacationing together, but want separate units.

Decorated in rich warm colors to make you feel at home and cozy.

During the winter you can get cozy by the gas fireplace, and sip on the complementary coffee or hot chocolate provided. In the summer sit outside on one of the porches and enjoy the fresh air. Park Avenue has a bus stop at each entrance for easy travel around Park City. If you have a car you can park it in the covered parking.

This unit has one queen bed and a fold-out sofa. New bedding and pillows. Spend some time in the club house pool and hot tub. This unit is approximately two blocks to the Park City Resort lifts. It is about a ten-minute walk to Main Street. Take a few steps to Fresh Market, Starbucks, Burger King, Bank, Theaters and great restaurants. Conveniently located out the back door are two sport shops for ski and bike rentals. What more can I say? It is perfect.

Provides for your convenience is high speed wireless internet, plenty of towels, paper towels, salt pepper, season salt, some spices, tinfoil, baggies, parchment paper, coffee and filters, sugar, cream, tea, hot chocolate, cleaning supplies, dish cloths and towels.

A beautifully appointed condo in a great location!

My husband and I fully enjoyed our four night stay in Mitzi's condo. The condo was tastefully decorated, the bedroom was cozy and the bed was very comfortable after a long day on the slopes. The pictures in the condo description were accurate, but everything was actually nicer in person. The condo was very clean and well maintained.

We both felt the kitchen included many nice extras such as oils, coffee, tea, sugars, spices etc. that made it unnecessary for us to purchase those items - since we only needed a little bit. I also appreciated all of the hooks and hangers so we could organize our ski "stuff" in the hallway and out of our way.

We enjoyed the gas fireplace and found that the condo warmed up quickly. We found the experience relaxing and quiet - never really heard our neighbors although we knew they were there... I would agree with some of the reviewers that the condo could be a bit small for two couples, given that the second bed is in the family room, but it would be fine for a family of 4.

We hope to return next year! Thank you for sharing your condo!

Park City - Condo on Park Avenue

Couldn't ask for any better! Very clean, well-maintained, just as described. Close to shopping area with Fresh Market, Starbucks, Rite-Aid. Fireplace was great, and on one of the warmer days we were able to sit outside on the patio and enjoy the afternoon sun. Close enough to old town so that you can take a nice stroll into Main Street. We regret we did no take advantage of the pool and hot tub. Would definitely recommend the condo to friends and family, groups with 2-4 people. Enjoyed our stay visiting our son, will definitely want to stay here again when we return. Thanks.

Stay for Sundance

Can't believe that I have never left a review for this condo, we've stayed here twice (and twice at their sister property) and have always loved it. The location is fantastic, we've never needed a car because you can walk to the grocery stores, Main street, liquor store (you buy wine at the liquor store -- just a tip!), restaurants, etc. And the condo is right behind a public bus stop, so if you're too tired to walk you can jump up on a free bus just steps from the condo. The condo is perfect for two, but we've stayed there with another couple as well using the fold-out sofa. The other couple commented on how comfortable the sofa bed sofas was, so if you are cool sharing close quarters with someone else don't let the fact that it's a sleeper sofa deter you. And the bathroom is fantastic as well - HUGE shower! We love this place and will continue to see if it's available each time we come to the Sundance film festival.

An enjoyable week (again)!

This was the second time we had stayed at Mitzi's condo over the past 5 years and the second stay was as enjoyable as the first. the condo is clean and cozy with nice furnishings, linens etc. and is at a great location with easy access to PCMR (and the other resorts for that matter). The description and photographs are very accurate. Note that the condo is relatively small and was a good fit for the three of us but if you have more it can be tight fit.

The condo is right across from the Fresh Market store which is also a major bus stop so access to the surrounding areas is very frequent and convenient. The condo is also very close to stop near Cole Sports with buses every 10 min or less to PCMR.

Mitzi was vey helpful as always and this year was very accommodating as we had booked our stay for the wrong week and had to change in January as I had messed up the dates for our Spring Break vacation. Mitzi allowed us to switch the reservation to the correct week and actually refunded us part of the rental fee as our stay was a day shorter.

We would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone and look forward to returning.

Great Location With Comfortable Amenities

The condo is tucked away in the back of the Park Avenue Condominiums, so you have the advantage of being near the main road while ensconced in the quiet of the rear of a building facing Park City Mountain. The unit is on the ground floorof two floors, with a small patio off the living area, complete with a grill and patio furniture. My upstairs neighbors kept unusual hours, so I could hear their seemingly incessant footsteps above my bedroom for my entire stay. Other than that, the condo was quite comfortable, and there are TVs in both the living room and bedroom, as well as plenty of lighting and lounge space. The shower pressure was a bit weak, but the remodeled bathroom is quite nice, and there are plentiful hooks and snowy white towels. The kitchen has everything one would need to cook with a full size stove, microwave, frig and dishwasher. The place is kept immaculate, and you can tell that the owner cares for her property. The decor is very cozy and reflective of the locale. While the couch converts to a bed, I think that the unit would be a bit tight for unrelated people to stay together sharing the one bathroom. It was great for a solo traveler. The Fresh Market is about a 5 minute walk across Park Avenue, as are Rite Aid, Burger King, a cinema and other small shops and restaurants. Main Street, which has all the boutique shops and plenty of restaurants, is a short free bus ride or longer walk away. The owner is easily accesible, businesslike and friendly. This is definitely a great place to stay!
