Lovely place to go

My family and myself have rented (from France) this apartment one week in March 2013. The Futura Yacht Club is a great place with a private marina, a heated pool, tennis courts and especially very nice people who advised us on tours to do.
The apartment is spacious, well equipped and very clean. Each room is equipped with a widescreen TV and a bathroom.
We enjoyed this place is really nice and very well located especially for fishing, swimming with dolphins and visiting the keys.
The owner was very helpful.
We expect to come back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Had a fantastic time in this condo this year again! My husband and I stayed in this unit in 2009 and what a difference. The master bedroom had an extremely comfortable bed and the bedding was so soft and comfortable. The old dining room was made into a 3rd sleeping area with a pull out! It is directly off of the elevator and the closest unit to the washer and dryer room. They also had flat screen in both bedrooms and the living room. Marc was extremely easy to book with was avaliable if we needed anything, which we did not. The pool, tennis courts and marina are fantastic. My husband and I will stay here again and again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

We stayed herefor 5 weeks. It was comfortable and pleasant. One of the worries when we travel is always the comfort of the beds. The beds here are great. We had no trouble sleeping. The condo is decorated in a nautical motif that is lovely and welcoming. The pool is beautiful. There are plenty of lounge chairs to choose from and the water is warm and clear. We like to cook and we found the kitchen to be adequately equipped. The laundry room is located right outside the condo doors, which is convenient. The grounds are well kept and the other residents are friendly and helpful. We had a great time.

Great set up

My family and I stayed for a week and loved the location. The Condo is set up very nice and accommodating. The development has a nice cozy feel with a large pool, tennis and a bay front beach. The marina is also nice with a great boat ramp. We plan to return to the same unit.
