Description of the St. Augustine vacation condo rental
Located on the second floor of a 3 story complex (60 units total), condo has a great view of the pool area and ocean from both the bedroom & living room. A private balcony can be a great place to breakfast while reading the paper. Access to beach is only a short walk through the pool area (laundry facilities are here). Across the street on the Intracoastal Waterway, is the boat ramp and tennis court. Great views of the sunset here as well as from the kitchen.

Condo is located less than 15 minutes from St. Augustine, the oldest city in N. America. Sightseeing, restaurants of all types, and shopping are available here. This area is also a golfer's paradise, with lots of courses within an easy commute. The World Golf Hall of Fame is 20 minutes away. There are miles of beach almost at the doorstep. Fish in the surf, rent a small boat from a local boat rental shop and fish in the ICW, or watch dolphins and sightsee. You'll love the natural beauty of this area which has lured us back for almost 20 years.

There are ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. Laundry facilities are by the pool area. The boat ramp is across the street with a small fishing dock. There is one tennis court across the street right on the ICW. Monthly rentals are available in the off-season. The sleeper sofa is a full size and there is storage space for clothing in the living room. You need to bring your own beach towels and chairs. Cable TV is provided.
