Photos and Description of the St. Augustine vacation condo rental one bedroom/one bathroom/sleeps four

Located on the second floor of a 3 story complex (60 units total), the condo has a great view of the pool area and Atlantic Ocean from both the bedroom & living room. A private balcony can be a great place to breakfast while reading the paper. The beach is only a short walk through the pool area (laundry facilities are here). You don't have to cross a parking lot to access miles of white sandy beach. Across the street on the Intracoastal Waterway, is the boat ramp/fishing dock and tennis court. Here you can enjoy some great views of the sunset.

Condo is located less than 15 minutes from St. Augustine, the oldest city in N. America. Sightseeing, restaurants of all types, and shopping are available here. This area is also a golfer's paradise, with lots of courses within an easy commute. The World Golf Hall of Fame is 20 minutes away. There are miles of beach almost at the doorstep. Fish in the surf, rent a small boat from a local boat rental shop and fish in the ICW, or watch dolphins and sightsee. You'll love the natural beauty of this area which has lured us back for almost 20 years.

We love the location of the condo, and the style of the condo makes it perfect for our family. The view from the balcony is excellent. We just got back and we cant wait to go back next year. This year we went fishing on the pier and saw a sea turtle make a nest. The beach is clean and sandy white. Just perfect. Hats off to the owners. We love them.

The condo was terrific! It had an ocean and pool view, easy access, and a well-equipped kitchen. The complex was comfortable, relatively quiet (no wild spring breakers), and was within easy driving distance to Marineland and St. Augustine.

It was close to several restaurants and within an easy drive to St. Augustine! The owners had provided a list of local restaurants that was very helpful!

I would recommend this condo to anyone.
