This unit is an ocean front, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, with oceanfront balcony, located directly on this premier sandy beach. Centrally located to all South Coast attractions. Enjoy amazing sunrises and panoramic ocean views from your deck, living room and dining area.

Capture spectacular sunsets on the beach. Relax, read or fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the oceans waves. Enjoy long peaceful walks on the sand, refreshing swims in the ocean, or unwind in the heated indoor pool. Walk to the famous and historic Old Orchard Beach Pier, arcades, amusement park, pubs, restaurants, gift shops, and churches. A short drive north you'll discover the famous factory outlet stores of LL Bean's Freeport. A short drive South are the Kittery shopping outlets as well as the famous Dock Square District of Kennebunkport and the Bush Estate at Walkers Point. Visit Ogunquit, one of Maine's top tourist towns with its famous ocean walk along the Marginal Way, Perkins Cove and the Summer Playhouse.

A personal note to our guests. My wife and I have enjoyed our condo for many Summer seasons and always look forward to the special times we spend there. As the years have gone by we have begun to appreciate more and more the peacefulness, beauty, and quiet of the off-season. It is truly a special and very romantic time to be at the ocean. Awesome Vacation!

My husband and I have just returned from just about the best vacation we've ever had in OOB. Pete and Ann, your condo was more than we ever could have imagined . We had everything available, it was like being at home . The location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants and all activities. We had friends join us and it was more than enough room. The view is fabulous and it's right on the beach. Couldn't ask for anything more. Consider us regulars. Thanks again for sharing your home

This is a great condo in a beautiful spot. A great view of the beach! We had such a great time during our week at the condo. It was our daughter's first trip to the beach and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay! Thank you so much Pete! We can't wait to come back!

Perfect Maine Beach Vacation

My family (13 and 15 year old boys, my husband and I) had a terrific vacation at Peter and Ann's Sea Watch beach home. The unit itself was so clean, roomy, and comfortable. The beach was outstanding - has to be the best beach on New England, if you like wide, clean, sandy beaches that go on for miles. Plenty of room to throw a frisbee and football, and spread out your towel and chair for some peaceful reading. It was fun being able to walk to so many great restaurants from the condo, rent bikes and sight see through all the adjacent beach communities, enjoy some fund rides at the amusement park, play tennis and basketball at the lovely park in OOB, and take many long walks and runs along the beach. We also enjoyed Portland: taking a cruise in Casco Bay, seeing a minor league Red Sox baseball game, and eating at several of the places seen on Man vs. Food (remember - two teenage boys...). We will be returning to Sea Watch next summer!

The Perfect Get-Away!

Peter & Ann - We had a fantastic week vacationing at OOB this summer and our accommodations in your unit at the SeaWatch truly made our stay feel like a "Home Away" from home. We were very impressed with the cleanliness, decor, and amenities that your location had to offer. With family-friendly rides and games, and convenient nightlife right down the street, this week was a perfect get-away for us, our friends, and their new one-year-old daughter. Thanks again for an amazing week. We will absolutely be in touch for next year and look forward to sitting on the balcony again, overlooking OOB's beautiful beach! Sara & Andrew

A Great Getaway

Pete and Ann, we enjoyed staying at your condo. Everything was in order and contained everything we needed. We were concerned about not having air conditioning but found that we didn't need it. We had a guest with us and it worked out great. We had plenty of room to roam without bumping into each other. Close to the action of OOB if you want and still far enough away not to hear the noise. The sunrises were spectacular! Definitely a repeat place to stay! Thanks Pete and Ann.
