On entering the apartment there are 5 steps down into an open plan lounge dining room which is very bright and spacious with high ceilings, white walls and modern spotlights. The décor is a mixture of classic Mallorcan dark wood with contemporary light furniture and white tiled floors throughout. It has a flat screen TV and large sofas grouped around a coffee table. A large oval dining table, ornate mirrors and local artwork give a homely feel to this lovely accomodation.

Large picture windows either side of the terrace door flood the apartment with natural sunlight. The sizeable terrace is furnished with a exterior wood dining table and chairs and has a low white wall and small gate entrance onto the pinewalk path. The views here are fabulous looking across the bay and although it's not private, it's very relaxing and is perfect for families with young children. You can sit here whilst they play directly in front of you on the beach.

The apartment inside is all on one level. Next to the lounge dining room is a bathroom with a corner hydro-massage shower cubicle. The washing machine is also located in here.

An doorway with a pretty stained glass arch leads through to the back of the apartment. The fully equipped kitchen is to the left, separated by a small kitchen bar. It has a vitro hob and fitted oven, a double sink, a large fridge freezer and microwave and a dishwasher.

There are plenty of white fitted units for storage with marble topped work surfaces, a breakfast table and a large walk-in dispenser.

There are three bedrooms, all with ample wardrobe space and gorgeous iron bedheads. There are two double bedrooms, one is interior and the other has a window out to the back lane that runs parallel to the Pinewalk.
