Ski-in/ ski-out 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath mountainside Seasons condo with fireplace. Indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, Jacuzzi, short walk to Sundance Lodge, golf, tennis, shops, mountain biking, fishing, boating, hiking. Fully equipped for relaxing. 5 minutes to golf & golf school. 24 hour maintenance available in winter months. Perfect condition - all new appliances: TV, microwave, dishwasher, beds (king, 2 bunk beds, pull-out sofa) . All new paint, ceilings & walls. New wallpaper in bathrooms (all new bathrooms). New water heater (September '09). Ground floor with sliding door - play area for kids just outside the door! Super location. Summer 2008 - New heater system. Lots of seasoned firewood, ready to go. One of the easiest ski-outs on the mt. for kids because of the corner bottom floor location. 90 seconds to lift and ski-in to the back door. Ski for the day and hit the hot tub at night. Kids can play at the sports center until 9 pm. Condo is for sale for 285,000.
