This Large 2 Bedroom Sea Villa is built on stilts and is part of the luxurious Golden Palm Tree Resort and Spa which is managed by a 5 star hotel operator. The resort is the first eco-friendly sea-hotel in the world.

Measuring 82sqm, the spacious Canary Palm Villa is raised on stilts and features marble bathrooms, a lounge with a queen sized bed, a twin bed and a roomy living area with large flat screen TV.

The villa features two luxuriously furnished bedrooms and has full air conditioning throughout. Each bedroom is en-suite with the master bedroom featuring a sunken bath and separate rainfall shower unit.

The Golden Palm Tree Resort and Spa consists of 392 Sea Villas built in the shape of a Palm Tree that stretches out over one kilometre into the Straits of Mallaca. Available on-site is the full range of water sports, go-kart track, outdoor and beach activities and a superbly appointed Spa, fitness centre and infinity swimming pool. There are 7 restaurants and bars on-site which offer a full range of eating options from casual snacks to formal dining.
