Why Dave & Cheryl Neitz chose Frisco
We spent several months looking for a vacation home in Summit County. We wanted to find a home that had great views and didn’t overlook other homes and we found this gem! We back to National Forrest Wetlands with Moose and other wildlife.
What makes this townhome unique
The three hiking trails are great to expore during the spring and summer! Over favorite pastime is to sit in the hot tub and look for Moose in the wetlands.
Guestbook comments from the owner
I just want to thank you again for allowing us to stay at your
beautiful home in Silverthorne. This was the second year in a row that we have stayed there. This year we went rafting in Idaho Springs with Cleer Creek Rafting and we climbed Quandry Peak. A long weekend just isn’t enough time to spend in Colorado. We may be back again next year as well to take on another 14er! We forgot to write in the guestbook before we left, so I thought I would just send a quick email. Thanks again. Take care.
