2 bedroom apartment for 2-4-6-8 persons

Magnificent duplex, where the ground floor are two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with a bunk bed) and bathroom, large lounge, kitchen fully fitted and equipped (dishes, utensils, appliances, etc.) small patio for own use roof height of 5 meters, old walls, renovated the building for 5 years, and has air conditioning / heating and double glazing. The open top floor overlooking the hall below, this plant is a large open living room, where there are two separate beds, a lounge with a sofa bed for two, a desk. A very comfortable space for families whose floor is wooden floorboards.
Car: not necessary

Ideally located, very quiet. In the heart of Triana near the monuments, shops, and restaurants.
