The Tropical Villa is large detached villa that lies on a spacious walled plot of more than 2000 m2. In the large beautifully landscaped tropical garden with palm trees and tropical plants you can enjoy complete privacy in the garden as well as at your own private pool. The Tropical villa is situated on a hill to catch the maximum amount of wind so you can always enjoy a refreshing breeze while sunbathing at the pool and gazing at the Curaçao hill side. This very spacious, colonial villa offers all the contemporary luxury and privacy to make your Curaçao holiday an unforgettable one.
Large living area and well equipped kitchen
The Villa is based entirely on ground floor level and has a large living room with flat screen tv, stereo and iPod/iPhone speaker docking so you can enjoy your favourite music anywhere. In the Villa you will have Free WiFi at your disposal so you can keep in touch with the rest of the world during your holiday. Annex to the living room is a large open kitchen equipped with all modern luxury (big American fridge with ice machine, dishwasher, a large 6 pips stove, oven, microwave (oven), coffee maker, nespresso, kettle, toaster etc.). The kitchen is also well equipped with quality kitchen utensils (good chef knives, solid pans, crockery etc.).
5 bedroom and 3 bathrooms
The Villa has 5 bedrooms: four with large queen size Box-Spring beds and one bedroom with two single beds. On request an additional baby bed can be placed in one of the bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There are 3 bathrooms all equipped with rain shower and toilet and hairdryer, and in addition there is a separate guest toilet. Kitchen towels, high quality bedding, towels and beach towels are sufficiently present.
The Tropical villa is constructed in a way that there is always a refreshing wind blowing through the House, making the temperature in the living- and bedrooms always pleasant (in addition all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan). Due to the tropical climate in Curaçao, however, people mostly live outside. So you can have a family breakfast on the large front porch of the villa or lounge with a drink in the shadow on the very spacious back porch. Enjoy the sun on the sun loungers by the private pool (10 x 5 meters), kick the ball around or play beach ball and badminton on the large lawn or relax and read a book in the shade of the old tropical trees. Have a barbecue and food fest in the outdoor kitchen and gather at the large dining table to enjoy a home grilled meal or take the car (the Tropical villa has its own car, available for rent) and go out, it’s always happy hour somewhere on the island and there is a large choice of fine restaurants.
The Tropical villa in Julianadorp is a 10-minute drive from the airport and located right in the centre of the island, so you are never far away from the main attractions of Curaçao. Whether you’ll take the car and go shopping in historical Willemstad or visit a different tropical beach every day (Blue Bay Beach is only a 5 minute drive) to go diving, snorkelling or sunbathing. The Tropical Villa will always offer you a great place to come home to after a sunny day. Or just stay and relax at the villa all day, stock up at the local supermarket (there is a large supermarket within 5 minutes), get your favuorite snacks en drinks, put on some music and just stay at ‘home’ by the pool with all the luxury you’ll need within armsreach because that too is vacation.
