Charming, spacious, year-round 2-bedroom cottage sleeps 4. Recently remodeled. Private, clean sandy beach, crystal clear water. EVEN WHEN THE LAKE LEVEL IS VERY HIGH, WE ALWAYS HAVE A NICE BEACH. Excellent swimming, boating and fishing. Gorgeous sunsets and lake views from large deck. Fine dining, cultural activities, parks and recreational facilities nearby. Burlington 10 minutes, Stowe 1 hour, Montreal 90 miles. Well equipped modern kitchen, with microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Cable TV, wireless Internet, DVD, bed linens, local phone included. Free boat mooring. Brochure available.
