House built at the beginning of XVIII century, located in the small country village of Rosignano Monferrato, Alessandria province, approximately mid way between Milan and Turin, 10 km from Casale Monferrato.
From windows and balconies nice landscapes on surrounding hills can be enjoyed.
The house has three floors and several entrances, from both the Roma and Marconi streets and from the court. Total surface is approximately 600 square meters.
At the third floor there are three rooms, bathroom and balcony in connection with the second floor through internal stairs and other 4 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, linked to the rest of the house through the balcony and through the court.
The second floor comprises the main rooms, with tiled and wooden floors as well as with a green area and a roof garden; there are four independent entrances, 6 rooms, kitchen, two bathrooms, closet, two staircases going to the third floor upstairs, large garden.
The first floor (ground floor) has two rooms actually utilized as laundry and storeroom, one bathroom, a large basement with brick walls and vaulted roof, a typical wine cellar dug into the calc-tuff, the boilers room, the garage. The court can host two additional cars.
