This superb three bedroom/ three bath town home is part of the award wining Regal Palms Resort in Davenport Florida. The resort has over 300 homes and is ideal for families including infants.

The facilities of this resort consist of a large swimming area with multiple pools, a lazy river and a water slide into the lazy river.

Large pool deck with sun chairs and table and chair for poolside comfort. Located adjacent to the pool deck is a pool bar serving beer, wine and speciality cocktails and a variety of tropical smoothies. food can also be served at designated areas by the pool. Smoking is also permitted in designated areas, and clients are asked to kindly respect this rule.

The main club house consists of a reception desk and concierge for check - in and enquires, a business centre a full service restaurant and bar along with WI FI service free for all staying guests.

The resort also boast a full fitness centre, sauna, steam, and a full service spa and gift shop.
