Five bedroom, two bathrooms, fully equipped year around house which sleeps 13.

If you are not familiar with this part of Vermont, you are in for a treat! The Northeast Kingdom is noted for its rural character and unspoiled beauty. The large modern, fully equipped, year around house is situated on 18 acres in a hillside meadow with a southern exposure, beautiful vistas and overlooks Echo Lake. The house comes with a private 100 ft beach and row boat. There is also a large pond. If you want a quiet, private and beautiful spot, this is it.

Two bedrooms have two bunk beds sleeping four in each room, two bedrooms have a queen size bed and one bedroom has two twins (which can go together for a king size bed).

Car: necessary

Summer activities include: swimming, boating, fishing, mountain biking, and hiking. Winter activities include: cross country skiing out the front door and at touring centers, and down hill skiing at Burke Mountain ( 35 minutes) and Jay Peak (45 minutes). There are many lakes and mountains to explore. Biking and hiking is fantastic. Good restaurants are available and the house is only about 20 minutes to the Canadian border.
