Description of the Echo Lake vacation house rental

If you are not familiar with this part of Vermont, you are in for a treat! The Northeast Kingdom is noted for its rural character and unspoiled beauty. The large modern, fully equipped, year around house is situated on 16 acres in a hillside meadow with a southern exposure, beautiful vistas and overlooks Echo Lake. The house comes with a private 100 ft beach and row boat. If you want a quiet, private and beautiful spot, this is it. Two bedrooms have two bunk beds sleeping four in each room, two bedrooms have a queen size bed and one bedroom has two twins (which can go together for a king size bed).

Nearest airport:   Burlington at 75 Miles
Car: necessary

Summer activities include: swimming, boating, fishing, mountain biking, and hiking. Winter activities include: cross country skiing out the front door and at touring centers, and down hill skiing at Burke Mountain ( 35 minutes) and Jay Peak (45 minutes).
