Minutes From The Stunning Beaches Of The Mar Menor. Peace & Quality

Our 3 bedroom villa is furnished to a very high standard and contains everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. Being situated within a small exclusive urbanization with beautifully kept private garden.

The large airy lounge has a very comfy leather sofa and arm chair, 32” wide screen TV with satellite channels.

The large dining area comfortably seats 6 people with a breakfast bar to the kitchen so the cook does not feel left out of the entertaining.

Large patio doors lead from the lounge onto the very big patio which again has a large table with seating for 6 and very comfortable sun beds. There is also a very large sunny side terrace which is very safe for your children being gated at the front. From the rear of the terrace there is a gate that leads directly to the immaculately keep secluded gardens and the large communal swimming pool with showers.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, extractor, fridge freezer, microwave etc with a separate utility room housing the washing machine and tumble dryer.

On the ground floor are 2 double sized bedrooms each with twin beds and a shower room in between.

On the first floor is the impressively large master suite with king-size bed and en-suite full bathroom. From the bedroom, the patio doors lead onto the large sunny roof terrace with lovely views over the gardens and pool.

The stunning beaches of the Mar Menor are within 10 minutes walk along with supermarket, bars, restaurants etc.

Mar de Cristal is a small typically Spanish village with lovely marina based at the southern end of the Mar Menor within a few minutes drive from Cabo de Palos which is a wonderful working fishing village with fantastic seafood restaurants.

Also in very close access is the famous La Manga Strip with many water sports available both on the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean.

15 Minutes drive will take you to the historic naval city of Cartagena with superb architecture and wonderful Marina. With history going back thousands of years this city has something to offer everyone and should not be missed.

From our location you will be spoilt for choice with activities if you wish or just enjoy a wonderfully peaceful relaxing holiday.

Spend lazy days on the blue flag beaches and in the evening take a leisurely stroll to the seafront and enjoy an authentic Spanish meal prepared with local produce from land and sea.
