On the first floor is a game room with 42 "plasma, the fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom, laundry, living room and access to a beautiful pool, barbacue out to the beach and a rest area to enjoy the sea view .. On the second floor are the four bedrooms all with lcd, minisplit and private bathroom.
